Background on the Data Recovery Call
Our San Diego, California Service Center received a frantic call by company in the area who had experienced damage to their server due to a fire. This particular RAID server hosted the development environment for several key applications for the company. Due to all the heat and smoke damage in their data center, they had no viable working back-ups.
