FREE SHIPPING - AT FEDEX KINKO'S Take your drive to your local FedEx Kinko's. We pay the shipping - packing services are available. Call us first for your RMA number at 800-450-9282.
FREE SHIPPING - FEDEX PICKUP FedEx pickup at your location. We pay the shipping, and we will contact FedEx to schedule your pickup.
FREE LOCAL PICKUP We will send a  local courier to your location. Call to see if this service is available in your area.
FREE SAME-DAY FED-EX SHIPPING For emergency data recovery situations, we will schedule same-day FedEx pick up at your location, as well as same-day FedEx delivery to your location when returning your recovered data.
FREE EMERGENCY PICKUP Emergency nationwide on-site pickup by courier.

Shipping Suggestions

1. Wrap your drive (or other storage device) in anti-static bubble wrap or in anti-static foam.
2. Place the drive (or other storage device) in a box twice its size, and fill the remainder of the box with packing peanuts, crumpled newspaper, or bubble wrap.
3. Include the completed Work Order Confirmation.
4. If you are paying your Diagnostics Fee by company check or money order, attach it to your completed Work Order Confirmation.

We recommend using FedEx Overnight shipping, or UPS shipping.

PLEASE pack your drive (or other storage device) carefully to prevent further damage to your hardware and data. Improper packing can cause further damage, making data unrecoverable or requiring more extensive recovery procedures.
