What You See:
- BIOS boots normally, but no VD found
- All physical drives are visible

- Controller lost track of array metadata
- Power cycle triggered partial reset
- Disk ID order might have changed

- Don’t create a new array over the old one
- Don’t guess at drive order and recreate
